Job Description
Join us as Training & Adoption Intern at our international headquarters in Utrecht, starting in February 2025. In this internship, you will work on initiatives to enhance Digital Adoption — the process by which individuals, companies, and organizations fully embrace and incorporate digital tools into their operations and workflows. You will contribute to developing the System Users Communication Plan and support research on Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs).
Your key activities will be:
1. Conduct investigations to determine the components of a System Users Communication Plan (e.g, purpose, stakeholder identification, key messages, frequency & timing, responsibility/ownership, audience, etc.) to ensure users receive clear and effective information on the new digital tools.
2. Research Digital Adoption Platforms to find the best solutions for helping users learn and adopt new digital tools smoothly.

Qualifications
Are you bursting with fresh ideas and a hunger for learning? We want you!
Here's what we're looking for:

Academic Program: You are enrolled in a MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Educational Technology, Organizational/Behavioural Psychology, Communication/Public Relations.
Areas of interest: Change Management, Digital Transformation, Onboarding & Training, Learning & Development, Communication
Skillset: You possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in spoken and written English
Personal traits: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship, preferably from February 2025 to August 2025.
Availability: You can join the internship for 5 days per week, including three days in-office and one or two days remotely, ensuring an ideal balance between collaboration and independence.

Your internship should be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results.
Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peet's and when joining our Research departments, also sign an NDA agreement for internships.
You are either an EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or a Non-EU(EEA) student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship.
