Are you an experienced leader ready for the next step in your career? As a Warehouse Supervisor at DSV, you’ll make a difference with your problem-solving skills and passion for logistics.

You get it done
At our location in Haps, where quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities, you’ll contribute to meeting our high standards. You’ll manage a team of around 20 employees, including four team leaders. Together, you’ll ensure smooth operations within the warehouse, while keeping a sharp eye on processes, KPIs, and reporting. You’ll be quick to respond and make the right decisions, even under pressure, to ensure optimal service for both your team and the customer. You’re on it.

How you do this? You bring out the best in your team by leading, monitoring, and optimizing. You’ll also work on improvement projects and process optimization, refining the finer details. In addition, you’ll collaborate closely with our customer service department, logistics planners, and warehouse managers. You achieve this by:

You bring

• experience in a logistics 3PL environment;
• strong command of the English language;
• knowledge of WMS, management information, and KPIs;
• willingness to work in shifts, including occasional weekend shifts.
