FULL TIME WAREHOUSE TEAM SUPERVISOR AT LX PANTOS NETHERLANDS B.V.
Job Description:
As a Warehouse Team Supervisor you are going to lead a small team of around 10 members and participate in warehouse operations and activities. The goal is to increase employee efficiency and customer satisfaction, and better communication in the team.
Tasks:

• supervising a small team in the warehouse
• teaching new employees;
• Hef, reach and clamptruck;
• Order checking and preparing products for shipment;
• Order packing;
• Handling inbound shipments;
• distributing tasks based on the teams skills;
• Administrative tasks;
• Other tasks appointed by the Warehouse Manager.

Competencies

• Inquisitive, enthusiastic, supportive and a “Team player”;
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods;
• Good organizational and time management skills;
• basic management skills with clear communication skills;
• Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker;
• Communicative;
• Proficient in English Language.
