### Vacancy: Water and Electrical Installer

We are looking for an experienced water and electrical installer for a challenging project focused on the renovation and energy upgrade of old houses. Our goal is to transform these houses into energy-efficient and sustainable living environments. As an installer in our team, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal.
**Responsibilities:**
- Install, maintain, and repair water and electrical systems according to specifications and drawings.
- Perform work in accordance with the latest standards and guidelines for energy efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems with water and electrical systems.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the project is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain a safe and organized workplace.
- Contribute to a sustainable and environmentally friendly construction process.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a water and electrical installer in the construction industry, preferably with experience in renovation projects.
- Knowledge of energy-efficient installation methods and materials.
- VCA certification is a plus.
- Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented work attitude.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Basic Dutch language skills are a plus.
