What you will be doing | Ngā whāinga matua
This is a busy role that encompasses all aspects of the accounts payable function, including the collation, preparation andprocessing of NZ invoices and employee expenses, ensuring adherence to policy compliance, and the completion of month and year end processes. You will work closely with other members of our Finance team to provide consistently high levels of service to both the organisation and our suppliers, meeting quality and timeliness standards and always seeking opportunities to improve efficiencies.

To be successful in this role, the minimum qualifications required are:
- At least three years-experience with accounts payable functions
- Competent knowledge of accounting and underlying accounting principles
- Computer literate with strong Excel skills
- A minimum of three years-experience using a large ERP financial system eg: SAP, Oracle
