Job Description
We love supporting and developing our people and due to an internal promotion we are excited to welcome a Kaiwhakahaere Nama Atu Accounts Payable Administrator in a permanent role to the Z whānau.
Working in a team you will be responsible for organising, planning and managing the accounts payable process to ensure all payment deadlines are met as well as supporting our end to end Purchasing Card process. If you have accounts experience, are detailed and accurate with excellent customer service skills we would love to hear from you!
You will have the opportunity to
- Ensure invoices are loaded accurately into our systems
- Answering and resolving accounts payable queries or issues
- Maintaining the integrity of the data in our accounting software
- Support Z staff with queries
- Processing month end purchasing card processes within Flexipurchase
- Manage and resolve Purchasing Card queries from Z staff
Qualifications
- Experience in an accounts function, preferably accounts payable
- Knowledge of accounting software, we use JDE, Approval Plus, Flexipurchase and Xtracta
- Great customer service skills and a proactive attitude
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- A great eye for detail
- The ability to work as part of a team and support Z staff
