How will you spend your days?
A pivotal 12-month fixed-term role at the Auckland Branch, providing operations and administrative support. Reporting to the National Administration and Payroll Manager and working closely with other administrators in Auckland and nationally, your role will ensure day-to-day operation administration is taken care of in a timely and efficient manner.
We offer a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
- Day Work Sheet entry for payroll and job processing
- Entry of Payroll data and preparing required reports
- Preparation of invoices
- Purchase orders and GRPO’s
- General administration tasks include providing support to the wider administration team as required
Amazing attention to detail, super organised and be great at juggling multiple tasks at one time! You love a challenge and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be comfortable working in a blue-collar environment (not corporate) and being on a site surrounded by scaffold.
We would love to talk to you if you are:
- Experience in a similar administration role, ideally within the construction industry
- Pride yourself on being a self-starter, quick to learn new things and amazing at finding lost pieces of puzzles to complete the picture
- Proven ability to remain cool, calm, and collected and thrive in a busy and demanding role with conflicting deadlines
- Able to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, honest, reliable, hardworking, with a positive attitude
- Good communication skills – both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Work and Excel
- Experience in SAP software
