Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
The role of Tautāwhi | Administrator in Te Kaupeka Oranga | Faculty of Health is to provide high quality, proficient administrative support for the associated programmes and their staff. Lead and develop administrative procedures within the faculty and the Administration Team. Utilising a collaborative team approach, engaging in efficient process and flexible team working practices.
Mōu | Who You Are
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an Administration role in a medium to large organisation, along with:

• experience in the tertiary education sector is preferable
• knowledge of and experience using and managing database systems, student management and finance preferable
• demonstrated strong communication and negotiation skills
• demonstrated resilience and organisational skills, including ability to set priorities, manage time and plan work to meet deadlines, and escalate when appropriate
• ability to think critically and respond creatively and flexibly in a challenging and dynamic environment.

Te Kaupeka Oranga | Faculty of Health offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and research activities that respond to the dynamic nature of the health and education sector and its workforce. These include undergraduate programmes in Sport and Health Sciences and postgraduate programmes in Counselling, Social Work, Child and Family Psychology and Nursing.
