About the role:

In this role you will deliver specialist management, technical and administrative services to support and maintain the live Microsoft 365 Share Point environment.

As one of two Share Point support administrators you will share regular daily support activities, respond to service desk tickets, assisting with upgrades, solution testing and implementation. You will have opportunities to work with the Microsoft Power Platform of Power Automate, Power BI and Power Apps.

This includes system administration, troubleshooting, technical and user support. Given the nature of this role, you'll get the opportunity to work with all levels of staff across the organisation.

The role will have you work alongside an existing established Share Point Administrator, our Service Desk and our Information Management team. You'll report to our Senior Applications Specialist M365/Share Point and be part of a wider Hybrid Workplace team within the IS department.

About you:

A passion for customer service and business improvement will be put to good use in this role.

You will have at least two years' experience in Service Desk operations combined with strong practical knowledge of Office 365 and Share Point.

A tertiary qualification (Level 4 or above) IT based or relevant business subject would be an advantage.

You can expect the starting base salary to be within the range of $65,089 - $71,527 and a 6.2% benefits entitlement. Renumeration will be based on skills and experience.
