Assistant Accountant - Leasing

About the role
Reporting to the Head of Leasing, this position is responsible for processing and maintaining the integrity of all cash/Bank transactions in the FBNZ entities and ensuring all contracts loaded and terminated in Leasing are administered correctly.
Other duties include:

Upload Bank statement in ERP(Oracle).
Update FBNZ Group Cashflow daily for actuals and report to CFO weekly/monthly.
Assist/Prepare on Bank Reconciliation.
Prepare Cashflow forecast and assist with the Funding Plan.
Check all contract details, invoices and interest rates are accurate.
Lease contract termination be completed in timely manner.
Provide monthly clearing account report to Contract Management Team.

Skills and experience
We are looking for someone who has strong attention to detail. Along with this, you will also have:

Minimum 1 year of accounting experience preferably involving finance contracts
Finance Leasing Contract Knowledge
Excellent skills in analysing and communicating financial information
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
A strong team player who can work autonomously
