Assistant Accountant - Leasing

About the role
Reporting to the Head of Leasing, this position is responsible for processing and maintaining the integrity of all cash/Bank transactions in the FBNZ entities and ensuring all contracts loaded and terminated in Leasing are administered correctly.
Other duties include:
- Upload Bank statement in ERP(Oracle).
- Update FBNZ Group Cashflow daily for actuals and report to CFO weekly/monthly.
- Assist/Prepare on Bank Reconciliation.
- Prepare Cashflow forecast and assist with the Funding Plan.
- Check all contract details, invoices and interest rates are accurate.
- Lease contract termination be completed in timely manner.
- Provide monthly clearing account report to Contract Management Team.
We are looking for someone who has strong attention to detail. Along with this, you will also have:
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience preferably involving finance contracts
- Finance Leasing Contract Knowledge
- Excellent skills in analysing and communicating financial information
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- A strong team player who can work autonomously
