Proven experience leading a team in a customer-centric environment.
A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level.
Strong leadership skills, dedicated to creating a productive and enjoyable team environment.
The ability to inspire, motivate, and develop your team to be their best.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on driving sales and achieving outstanding performance.
Experience in staff training and motivation, especially in sales and customer service.
A creative problem-solver with excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic.
A dynamic attitude and a love for challenges.
A genuine interest in fashion, with a dedication to helping others feel confident.
