We are looking for a genuine people leader to for our Hawkes Bay branch. This is a rare opportunity to run a branch in a stunning part of the North Island. When you take charge of one of our branches, you take responsibility for everything: From leading safety and ensuring a safe environment, sales, Retrofit to glazing, coaching and leading people, driving culture, maximising opportunities, achieving targets, execution that is on point, maintaining and developing customer relationships and providing the highest standards of service for our customers.
You'll bring to the table strong analytical/operational skills, an understanding of business drivers including P&L performance and be well versed in building market share and delivering incredible customer service.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following in your toolbox:

Entrepreneurial drive to grow an evolving and fast paced market segment
Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and coach a high performing team
A good understanding of the sales process as well as the ability to close a deal

Strong relationship building skills with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
