About the role:
As our Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to help large dairy farms produce their products hygienically, with increased quality and maximum efficiency. In this varied role you will engage new customers, develop business proposals, and showcase our innovative technologies and unrivalled track record.
As part of our business development team, you will prospect for new business by building deep and wide relationships with customers. You will be well supported with training, technical expertise, a dedicated team with a wealth of resources from our wider business.
To be successful in this role you will be an outstanding communicator who thrives on winning new business and owning the relationship of your existing customers. If you enjoy building long-term relationships with prospective customers and have the skill set to be comfortable in corporate negotiations as well as operational discussions, then this could be the role for you!

This New Zealand based role will include travel and will include overnight stays as required.
Ideally you will display:

Experience selling to the dairy industry

Demonstrated ability to secure new, high-value business
