Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Café Manager to lead our team, ensuring exceptional service, high-quality food and beverage offerings, and a delightful customer experience. The ideal candidate must have desire to love for French cuisine, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining our café's high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Team Leadership:
- Hire, train, and manage café staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Schedule and oversee staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to maintain stock.
-Suggesting new menu items based on customers' preferences and feedback.
- Financial Oversight
- Prepare and manage the café budget, ensuring profitability.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies for revenue growth.
- Quality Control:
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Marketing and Community Engagement:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Build relationships with local vendors and community organizations.
Qualifications:
- preferrable qualification of level 5 or higher level qualification
-Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
