The opportunity - Te tūranga
As the Campaign Executive, reporting to Campaign Manager in our Revenue team, you will:
- Ensure our customers requirements are delivered on time, on budget and on plan
- Ensure all sponsorship obligations are set in place and managed with care.
- Accurate data entry into the relevant operating systems.
- Ensure you have strong attention to detail while focusing on sales administration requirements for your customers
- Manage advertiser instructions and material ensuring it adheres to industry standards.
- Be able to cope in high pressure situations and understand the priority of tasks and deadlines.
- High level of customer service
- Strong Microsoft office suite experience esp Excel & Word
- Strong communication & organisational skills
- Passion for the online/digital media landscape
- High level of commitment, drive & energy
- Personal confidence and social maturity
- Proactivity and initiative
