Marketing Campaigns Manager (Fixed Term Contract Until June 30, 2025)

Our marketing team highlight what makes ASB so special, different, and innovative to our customers. We are an exciting opportunity for 2x Campaign managers on a fixed term contract until the end of June 2025.
Te tūranga | The role:
Joining our dynamic Marketing team as a Campaign Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies for either our Home Lending or Insurance products. In this position, you will leverage data, experimentation, and segmentation to deliver our marketing plans for optimal results. Your expertise in building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be essential as you develop and execute campaigns aligned with Tribe OKRs, ensuring a seamless go-to-market experience. You will oversee the quality of all marketing materials, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines while navigating legal and compliance requirements. Additionally, you'll keep your finger on the pulse of competitor activity and advocate for our customers in every initiative. Your responsibilities will also include crafting and implementing strategies that drive business outcomes and brand loyalty, monitoring the performance of our marketing portfolio, managing campaign budgets efficiently, and ensuring that all messaging is clear and compliant.
Ō pūkenga | About you:
To be successful in the role, you should hold a tertiary qualification in a business-related field such as Marketing, Advertising, or Communications with a minimum of 5 years marketing experience. You will have a solid grasp of marketing design principles, techniques, and tools, along with a keen understanding of the media landscape and effective channel planning strategies that drive return on investment. Experience in home lending or insurance is preferred, as it will enhance your ability to connect with our audience.
Your excellent presentation and communication skills—both oral and written—will be essential in conveying ideas and gaining stakeholder buy-in for campaigns. You should have a strong background in go-to-market strategies and a genuine passion for sharing insights and best practices with your team. A proven track record of driving results and ensuring customer and brand satisfaction will set you apart.
