Marketing Campaign Analyst

It is an exciting time to join ASB direct marketing, as the team continues to grow its customer-centric, omni-channel, automated communication capability. An internal move has created a permanent career opportunity for an Associate Marketing Campaign Analyst in the Lend and Protect tribe.
Mō te Tūranga | About the role
This role sits at the heart of supporting ASB's customers to build the future they want. You will work collaboratively with the Marketing and Product teams in an empowered Agile squad to translate ideas and strategies into clever, targeted data-driven conversations, utilising your experience and technical expertise to create value from the data we hold about our customers.
Ō pūkenga | About you
You will bring to the role a minimum of 1 year's analytical and marketing experience in either banking, broader financial services, or large data-savvy organisations, and an ability to build and maintain effective relationships across a diverse range of customer and stakeholder groups.
Technically, you will be experienced in using database marketing tools such as Unica and SQL and be able to navigate around large and complex data sets. An ability to plan ahead, prioritise, and work to deadlines is critical.

- Analytical and database marketing experience in an academic or commercial setting
- Skilled in SQL, Unica Campaign, or similar data querying or marketing automation tools
- Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships across a diverse range of customer and stakeholder groups
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to forward plan, prioritise, and deliver to deadlines
- Degree qualified in Business, Mathematics, Science, Economics, Marketing, or Finance.
