We have an exciting new fixed-term opportunity for a Capability Coordinator to join our Albany, Auckland based Support Centre.
In this role, you will part of the team responsible for the design and delivery of Programme ONE learning across the store deployment strategy. This role is a supporting role, hosting and updating content, coordinating enrolment and registration and monitoring our capability inbox for store queries. You will also provide backup cover for Store communications.
Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Work with the Capability team, people readiness streams, and store leadership to plan for and deliver the capability plan across store deployment
• Host and update learning content, and performance support materials which are fit for purpose for business, performance and learner requirements. This will include our digital toolkits and pathways on our varied platforms
• Facilitate virtual learning experiences as needed to engage our people; support learning delivery in SC and Stores in areas such as registration, enrolment, and rostering
• Provide cover for leave in the Communications team.

The successful candidate will have:

• Willingness to learn instructional design
• Willingness to learn facilitation skills
• Willingness to learn administration of learning and communication platforms
• Ability to build assessments and evaluation documents
