About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahi

By joining our nationwide Farm Source store team, you’re joining a group of agricultural experts and setting yourself up for an outstanding career.

As the newest addition to our local Temuka store, you’ll provide sound farming product advice to our loyal customers. Getting stuck into everything from merchandising to customer service, you’ll never be bored in this fast-paced role! You will be also supporting our lead store Driver with on site deliveries.

With the opportunity to hone your agricultural expertise and open the door to multiple career pathways throughout the wider business, there couldn’t be a better place to start.
Please note : This is a 6 month fixed term contract, covering a maternity leave.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm with rostered Saturdays (every 4 weeks) 9am – 12pm.

About you | Ko wai koe

You’ll be a self-motivated, adaptable team member with excellent customer service and communication skills. You’ll have a high level of physical fitness.

Ideally, you’ll have some prior customer service/sales experience and a connection to the agricultural industry. That said, we’re equally open to those looking to make a move straight off farm or who are current customer experts keen to learn all about the ag/dairy industry.

Sound like you, other key things we’re on the lookout for includes:

• Rural experience would be beneficial
• A good level of physical fitness – you’ll have no trouble getting your daily steps in!
• Full clean drivers license, experience driving manual would be an essential!
