Must be able to work on a weekly rotating roster - especially Breakfast shifts.
Your Role:
As a Chef de Partie, you will be an integral part of our culinary brigade, a team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of taste and presentation. Under the guidance of our skilled chefs, you will contribute to the creation of dishes that not only tantalize the palate but also capture the essence of our locale. Your passion and creativity will be at the heart of everything you do.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and execution of dishes, ensuring they meet our impeccable standards.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to develop new culinary concepts and menu items.
- Uphold the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices.
- Engage in ongoing learning to refine your skills and stay up-to-date with culinary trends.
- Culinary qualifications or relevant culinary experience in similar role would be preferred
- A deep appreciation for the culinary arts and an eagerness to learn and grow.
- Basic knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
