Position Description | Community Carer
Te Whatu Ora Tairāwhiti District Nursing Service is a busy and dynamic team made up of experienced and dedicated nurses. The District Nursing service provides cover mainly within the Gisborne City area. We are looking for a Community Carer to support the district nursing team, this role will support the team on a variety of non-clinical tasks and provide ongoing care to people under the direction and delegation of the District Nurse. We welcome all applicants who have a passion for working with the people of Tairāwhiti in their own homes. Who is able to work independently and as part of a team
Moū - About you
The successful applicant will have:
- a clean full New Zealand driver's license ·
- an understanding of tikanga, whanau ora and te reo Maori
