As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you’ll join the Transaction Strategy & Execution practice, a dedicated team within EY’s Strategy and Transactions division. We help clients maximise value from their acquisitions and divestments by defining the operational changes required to achieve targeted outcomes. Our expertise spans synergy assessments, separation readiness and support, operational due diligence, and the integration or separation process.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and evaluate operating models and financial information.
• Identify key operational, integration, and separation issues for further analysis.
• Develop deliverables in a fast-paced environment and present to clients.
• Identify key client risks and issues and mitigate these ahead of time.

• Experience in Professional Services, Management Consulting, M&A or related corporate experience
• Advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity and creative thinking
• Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations
• Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
• Proficient at Microsoft Excel and Power Point
