Corporate Receptionist

We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our Wellington office! This is an onsite, permanent, full-time opportunity with a chance to develop and grow your career.
What will your typical week look like?
- Perform front of house duties such as providing efficient customer services to staff and clients, answering phone calls, managing mail, client data and meeting rooms.
- Support office operations including managing supply stocks and liaising with external suppliers / service providers. Provide general administrative support to team members and act as a point of contact for office activities.

Let’s talk about you!
- You have experience working in a Reception or Frontline position.
- Previous experience using the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Highly skilled in prioritising and coordinating tasks. You have a proactive and team-player based attitude focused on delivering quality services to clients.
