Our Rotorua Branch is seeking a motivated individual with excellent communication skills to help deliver quality service to our customers & clients. Your customer service experience will help support sales operations and assist the team to meet targets. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a close-knit team where your contribution will make a difference.
Key Responsibilities will include:
    • General administration duties
    • Customer Service, sales, quotes and phone queries.
    • Generating invoices, PO's
    • Order Entry & Data Processing
    • Able to coordinate multiple tasks and deliver to expectation.
    • Reconcile cash and trade sale accounts.
Key Attributes:
    • Great attitude and excellent communication skills with self confidence to approach & engage with customers.
    • Can build and maintain strong, open and collaborative relationships across all levels
    • Good level of computer literacy (e.g Word & Excel)
  • Have exceptional organisational and time management skills
