This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's data management practices in a short timeframe. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for data governance and management and have the ability to drive change in a dynamic, complex business environment. Previous experience in a business analyst, data analyst or data governance role would be beneficial.
In this fixed term role, you will:
- Implement game-changing data classification and retention policies including tooling to ease implementation
- Craft metadata standards that make sense to both tech-savvy and the business-centric
- Partner with our teams to tackle data quality head-on

- 5+ years in the data trenches (governance, analysis, or related fields)
- A knack for translating tech-speak into business language
- A track record of delivering data projects that make a real difference
- The ability to influence at all levels - from the frontlines to the board room
- Tertiary level qualification in information systems or a technology/data related field.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities.
- Great communication skills.
- Documentation and testing experience.
- Ability to quickly learn new applications and keep up with changes technology.
- Some technical experience with software development/programming/databases is an advantage.
- Exposure to a variety of professional experts and projects; T+T are involved in a number of large-scale alliance projects, as well as smaller community focused projects.
