As a Dealer Administrator, Retail (Administration team), you'll be an integral team member of our dealership’s financial operations. You'll manage critical administration tasks like daily banking, purchase orders, accounts payable/receivable, and gross profit reporting for vehicle deals.
We’re looking for someone who can handle the pressure, especially during month-end close, and who will thrive in a role where no two days are the same.
You will:
- Manage daily banking, reconciliations, and vehicle registrations
- Processing purchase orders, accounts payable, and receivable
- Ensuring all vehicle deal packs are processed accurately and on time
- Collaborating with various teams, including Sales, Finance, and Aftersales, to ensure seamless operations
- Maintaining accurate financial compliance and internal controls
- Experience in finance or administration roles, preferably in a fast-paced business
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to thrive under pressure, especially during month-end deadlines
- A team-player attitude with a proactive, can-do mindset
