You are professional, creative, have a passion for good food, and thrive on working in a busy, high volume kitchen environment working with the freshest ingredients. You'll have excellent knife and presentation skills and be a strong communicator and have proven experience in a restaurant or large hotel. Must be confident in working pans and fryer section as they will be working the hotline. You'll have a can-do attitude and be able to work autonomously, while maintaining high standards. Due to the nature of this role, flexibility regarding work hours are key.
