Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Craft and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with our company goals.
- Project Management: Lead digital projects from concept to execution, including process automation and technology integration.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teams to identify business needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our competitiveness and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Training & Support: Provide training on new processes and gather feedback to ensure smooth technology rollouts.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
- 4 years of e-commerce experience with a strong retail background.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on customer data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive mindset that thrives in a dynamic environment.
