Location: Qality Bakers Auckland
Role: Dispatch Supervisor
Shift:
Sunday 7.00am - 7.15pm
Monday 7.00am - 7.15pm
Tuesday 7.00am - 7.15pm
Wednesday 7.00am - 2.15pm
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of dispatch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor dispatch schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Dispatch, warehousing or logistics
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of production processes and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
