Reporting to New Zealand Country Manager, you remit is to take responsibility for the total operation of the Contour business. This will entail providing leadership to all functions of the business (sales, customer service, contract management and operations) and supporting the management and broader teams to continue to grow the business by proving superior products and service. The role will set, articulate, and lead the company’s vision and direction, manage the financial performance of the division including setting and achieving sales and operational plans, and drive the customer focussed nature of the business. Your charter will strengthen and maintain best practices in sales and account management, drive operational efficiencies and ultimately adopt a continuous improvement focus across all business facets.

This is a tremendous opportunity for an experienced leader, one with the ability to foster cooperation, mentor, guide and inspire a team to achieve remarkable outcomes. We require an individual with demonstrated ability to drive business growth, preferably with experience gained from within manufacturing or building products/related environs. Adept in strategic thinking, and with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you have the natural ability to build consensus and drive performance across all levels and functions of the business.
