About the role:

You love the challenge of a fast-paced environment, you enjoy a physically demanding role, and you enjoy driving!

The Driver – Class 2, is responsible for delivering and picking up customer’s product in a safe way and ensuring the quality and security of the products within a designated area, and the completion of required scanning and documentation. You are also required to help other Fliway people in their jobs, when directed by Management or Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating the vehicle safely and efficiently
• Good team player, with initiative and ability to perform quality work in a safe manner.
• loading freight, driving, processing freight deliveries, doing the paperwork and providing great customer services.
• Able to manage your workload and meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

• Fixed term Position for 8 weeks starting late October to mid December, 42.5 hours per week. Starting 6:30am to 3:30pm based in Christchurch to cover additional volumes during the peak season.

What You Bring:

• Great customer service skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with Physical work i.e. unloading/loading of freight
• Flexible working
• Punctual and reliable
• Fit for work
• Hold a clean HT licence, minimum Class 2
• DG cert/endorsement is a preferred requirement
