What you'll do

As e Com Trading Manager you will drive digital category growth through strategic planning and collaboration with various teams. You will focus on optimising e Commerce performance, identifying growth opportunities, and championing data-driven decisions. You will also collaborate on site capability developments and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Ultimately, as e Com Trading Manager will provide thought leadership in e Commerce and contribute to the overall success of Woolworths' online business.

Key responsibilities include:

Collaboratively developing strong category growth plans + JBPs for respective categories
Delivery & execution of the e Com category growth plans
Influencing e Com X EBIT delivery through smart commercial development

What you'll bring

You will bring a blend of strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and digital expertise. You will have a proven ability to influence and build relationships, experience in driving e Commerce category strategies, and a strong understanding of commercial and operational aspects of online retail. You will also possess excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills, and be adept at navigating a fast-paced, collaborative environment. While a business degree is desirable, retail and e Commerce experience are essential for success in this role.
