What you will do

As e Com Trading Specialist you will help deliver digital category growth through strategic planning and collaboration with various teams. You will focus on optimising e Commerce performance, identifying growth opportunities, and championing data-driven decisions. You will also collaborate on site capability developments and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

What you'll bring

You will bring a blend of strong communication, trading acumen, collaborative experience, and the ability to influence and deliver results under pressure. Strategic thinking, data analysis, and retail/e Commerce experience are key, alongside strong reporting skills and meticulous attention to detail. Desirable attributes include a business qualification, digital merchandising experience, and a solid grasp of category management, e Commerce, and commercial aspects.

Key responsibilities include:

Collaboratively developing strong category growth plans + JBPs for respective categories
Supporting education and understanding of e Com category growth opportunities through reporting, data analysis, collation of insights + socialising across relevant partners
Influencing e Com X EBIT delivery and being a champion for using data & insights to drive decision making in line with our strategy
