ROLE SUMMARY:
ACG Strathallan is an independent, coeducational school (Y0–Y13) located in Karaka, Auckland. We prepare our students for a lifetime of learning, equipping them with the academic, sporting, and cultural skills they need to become balanced and independent global citizens.
We are currently seeking applications from experienced marketing and communications professionals for the position of Enrolment Manager at ACG Strathallan. This is an opportunity for a superstar looking to take the next step in their career and make their mark on the future success of our school. The Enrolment Manager is based at ACG Strathallan and reports to our school Executive Principal. In addition, there will be opportunities to connect and collaborate with other ACG Schools teams on specialised projects and events. This is a dynamic position where no two days are the same!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Meet or exceed student enrolment targets in Primary and College levels at ACG Strathallan
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of both individual and company strategies in conjunction with the principals (Primary & Executive Principal) and central marketing
  • Build and develop a network of relationships with external stakeholders as potential sources of new students and providers of student support.
  • Lead sales, marketing and promotional activities as required, and be available outside of normal work hours to be involved in planned marketing events as required (Open Days, local expos, information evenings)
  • Proactively develop effective internal working relationships across the team and the wider campus, communicate and share information to finesse the enquiry to enrolment process and drive best practice
  • Actively promote the school facilities being used by the local community and sporting bodies, all with the aim of raising the profile of the school locally
  • Ensure all tasks and follow up’s via the CRM are completed in a speedy manner and that all information relating to the student and parents are kept up to date in CRM
  • Regular reporting on prospects, status level on CRM and projected enrolments – an analytical mind is important
  • A high level in creativity in thinking about the local community and the best way to showcase what the school offers
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative and the ability to work largely unsupervised
  • A fantastic communicator and people person
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
  • Compelling and effective communication skills, and be able to use these skills to quickly build rapport
  • Sales experience or an account management role would be advantageous
  • High degree of customer service delivery ability
  • Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office programs with familiarity of Microsoft Dynamix or similar CRM an advantage
  • The ability to successfully multitask, prioritise and manage conflicting priorities well
  • Critical analysis and the ability to innovate improvement
  • A passion for education and a commitment to represent and be a strong advocate for the organisation
  • Professional appearance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others; establish and maintain positive, professional working relationships
  • Current New Zealand driver’s license
