F&A Administrator 1

- Corporate card reconciliations, follow up employees on delinquent expenses.
- AP - manage compliance requests, resolution of queries, purchase order creation, local contact for VMO
- AR - customer electronic portal management (Ariba etc), manage compliance requests.
- AR - back up for local AR team
- Manage accreditations and supplier panels (for example GITC, APEC, NSW Buy, QLD Labour License, QAssure, Local Buy etc.)
- Assist sales/tender team for RFP’s and related requests [note: we no longer have local tender team so queries come to finance]
- Assist with credit review process
- WHS system coordinator inc. co-ordination WHS meetings, record keeping, communications, maintenance of WHS Share Point etc.
- Co-ordinate compliance surveys from both customers and suppliers with finance/HR/APAC ethics & Compliance, VMO
- Contact for local Channel Partners (commissions statements, queries, and invoices)
- Assist with government surveys (Australia & NZ)
- Assist with local compliance reporting (PTRS, TPAR, Modern Slavery etc)
- Assist with administration of FBT – employee declarations etc.
- Softrax system records maintenance
- Creation of, and on-going maintenance of electronic filing for Pacific Finance
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
- Assist with statutory audits
- Other general duties as assigned.
