The CBRE Auckland are looking for a full-time (40 hours) financial administrator to join the property management team.
The Opportunity
- Provide administrative support to the Director and one of the Property Managers, as well as the broader team, covering multiple commercial assets across Auckland.
- Finance support related duties; processing invoices, expense and debtor management, accounts receivable/payable, accruals/arrears.
- Maintain close liaison with the owner, occupiers and operational personnel with reference to a variety of requirements.
- General office and administrative duties as required to ensure the daily operations and best interests of the wider team are met.
- Assist with opex wash ups and budgeting.
- Maintenance of the property database
About you
- Excellent organisation and finance related administrative skills with the ability to manage workflow, priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships.
- Intermediate or above level in core Microsoft packages - particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Flexible, proactive approach with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- High level of accuracy, analytical/numerical ability, and attention to detail.
