About the role
As a Financial Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business activities through efficient and accurate finance operations. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative financial processes and be part of a forward-thinking company that values continuous improvement.

In this role you will also;
  • Facilitate accounts payable data and invoicing to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Process accounts receivable invoices for Corporate and Wholesale.
  • Manage daily cash operations, including receipting and reconciling supplier queries.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement.


About you
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and a knack for problem-solving.
Our ideal candidate will also have;
  • Financial administration experience in a corporate environment.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Experience with automated procure-to-pay systems is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a focus on providing high-quality outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
