About the role
As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring the maintenance and enhancement of our financial control environment. This exciting position will see you collaborate across a diverse range of organisational stakeholders to support our purchasing and accounts payable functions.
In this role you will also;

Provide internal support and training for the Coupa system.
Manage spend analytics reporting and resolve any anomalies.
Oversee the reconciliation and control of RBNI (Receipted but not Invoiced).
Enhance the use of preferred suppliers for non-major spend.
Support the Finance Operations Manager and Purchasing Manager as needed.

Please note this will be a 12-month fixed term position.

About you
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team player with expertise in financial operations and process improvement.

Our ideal candidate will also have;

Extensive experience in an accounts payable function in a large organisation.
Experience using purchasing business systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Basware).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
