• $28.49 per hour paid fortnightly
• Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:30
• Location: 23 Underwood Street, East Tamaki
• Duration: 4th of November 2024 - 31st of January 2025

We are now seeking an outstanding Freight Investigator to support the Auckland Operations Centre based at 23 Underwood Street, East Tamaki.

Critical competencies needed as a Freight Investigator are in the areas of priority setting, an inquisitive mind, action orientation, customer and results focus with continuous improvement and peer relationships.

The ideal candidate will need to be available to work Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30. This is a fixed term contract to support our peak period over summer.

Along with these, it is expected the successful applicant will have experience in the following areas:

• Phone based customer service role
• Administrative experience
• Microsoft Office experience along with fast and accurate keyboard skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
• Exceptional customer service skills with strong negotiation and solutions resolution
• Planning and organisational skills, especially when it comes to managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• The ability to think outside the square and the motivation to go the extra mile - Delivering More!
