Job Description

- Provide exceptional, friendly service to both external and internal guests, ensuring everyone feels appreciated

- Be an ambassador for the Accor ALL loyalty program, showcasing its benefits and helping new guests sign up to enhance their future stays

Qualifications
You are:
- Experience in a Front Office or Reception role at a medium-to-large Hotel is advantageous, but not required
- A people person with a natural ability to connect with guests and make them feel at home, no matter where they’re from
- Organized and great with time management, with strong written and verbal communication skills to match
- A team player who loves working in a fast-paced environment but can also take charge and work independently when needed
- Full of energy & initiative, always striving to create an exceptional experience for every guest you meet
