The Role
As a Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our HSW initiatives, working closely with a dedicated team to promote healthy and safe ways of working across the NZ business. With a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement, this position not only allows you to utilize your administrative and organizational skills but also to grow professionally in a dynamic and meaningful field.

Day to day the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Coordinator provides administrative and organisational support to the NZ based Health, Safety and Wellbeing team. The role coordinates training and initiatives, manages and analyses data, engages with stakeholders, and responds to queries.


About You

We are looking for a candidate with excellent organisational, communication, and relationship management skills. The successful candidate will have a great eye for detail, be customer-focused, intellectually curious, and capable of influencing for end results.

Essential for this role:
  • 2+ years’ general administration experience.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Research, reporting and data analysis ability.
  • A continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal communication (written, verbal, listening) and relationship building skills.
  • Exceptional customer service mentality.
  • High degree of computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
