We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and inspire our already well established and hardworking team of hospital housekeeping staff to maintain the exemplary standards of cleanliness and patient service that Mercy Ascot are proud of.
Based primarily at Ascot Hospital in Greenlane, and reporting to the Cleaning Manager, you will supervise the afternoon-evening shift, and leading by example, you'll provide your team with direction, support and achievable goals. As a Cleaner Supervisor you'll bring valuable expertise and knowledge to help streamline processes and promote efficiency.
This is a Permanent Full-time position Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work.

• Worked as a professional cleaner preferably in a hospital or large commercial setting
• Experience supervising, motivating and performance managing staff preferred
• A clear, communicative style with the ability to influence and form effective working relationships
• Numerical & analytical skills with the ability to leverage information for effective decision-making
• Microsoft Office skills
