We're looking for an innovative and strategically minded Performance Manager to lead the success of the Careway programme though the effective and efficient delivery of financial operations, performance management, data insights and contract administration. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in the delivery of a large and innovative musculoskeletal programme that is revolutionising the care that people receive across New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Lead the programme's finance, billing, and data insights reporting functions
• Ensure the efficient delivery of competent contract administration, negotiations and advice
• Optimise business processes to create efficiency and operational excellence
• Drive opportunities to improve services and embed a culture of continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with key stakeholders, specialists and clinical suppliers

About you:
As an experienced senior manager and inspired people leader you will bring the knowledge and resourcefulness necessary to ensure our programme delivers exceptional customer-centred care that is in line with financial objectives and growth plans. To be successful in this role you will need:

• Recent and relevant senior finance and/or operations management experience ideally in the Health sector
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in financial management and data driven insight analysis and reporting
• Proven people leadership strategies to develop an engaged and high performing team that is inspired to deliver exceptional outcomes and results
• Ability to engage, build relationships and negotiate with specialists, physios and other clinicians
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage effectively at all levels
• Relevant tertiary qualification in a Finance or Business related discipline is required
