Housing Broker, Queen Street - Fixed Term/ Secondment Ending in June 2025
- Salary starting from B05 78,222.00 to $94,689.00

What you'll be doing | He aha tāu e mahi ana
- Providing valuable housing market insights.
- Engaging in sales and marketing efforts.
- Actively interacting and communicating with the housing team to support clients.
- Cultivating and managing relationships while forging partnerships.
- A high level of technical expertise and professional knowledge in the private rental market and the broader housing sector.
- Current knowledge of regional and national private rental and housing market dynamics, including challenges and opportunities.
- A comprehensive understanding of tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities.
- Proficiency in promotional and marketing skills, with an understanding of key strategies and approaches.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- A strong client-centric approach.
- Outstanding relationship management and communication skills.
- The ability to consistently deliver successful outcomes.

Salary range: $78,222.00 - $94,689.00
The starting salary is aligned to knowledge, skills and relevant work experience.
