As a Business Analyst at AA, you'll be the voice of our members, turning their needs into actionable insights that enhance the member experience. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to deliver solutions that are both technically sound and member-focused.

• Unearth Member Insights: Partner with leadership to uncover member challenges and aspirations, going beyond traditional data analysis.
• Craft Member-Centric Solutions: Develop solutions that enhance the member journey across roadside assistance, insurance, and overall value.
• Bridge the Gap: Ensure solutions are aligned with AA's capabilities, focusing on delivering a seamless and valuable experience.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of iterative improvement by incorporating user feedback throughout the design process.

About You | Mōu
We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for improving the member experience. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience: 2-3 years as a Business Analyst or similar role, with experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Education: Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically assess business change proposals and align them with member needs.
• User-Centric Mindset: Experience applying Design Thinking principles to gather user insights and inform solution development.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with data analytics concepts, SDLC best practices, and tools like Jira and Confluence is advantageous.
• Business Analysis Certification: A Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is preferred.
