What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

Lead member-centric solutions through Design Thinking & Lean Principles.
Develop compelling business cases for high-impact projects.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure technically sound solutions.
Mentor and coach Business Analysts, fostering a thriving BA community.
Manage stakeholder relationships across departments.

About You | Mōu

8+ years' experience in Business Analysis or similar role.
Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Tertiary qualification in Business or related field preferred.
