What you will be doing

Dive into the Heart of Your Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop direct reports, who may work across different squads
- Operational leadership of your team, including managing the performance of reports
- Be the escalation point for high level technical matters and your people
- Challenge existing approaches to improve our engineering experience and practices
- Design solutions that balance short term objectives with long term objectives
- Create, maintain, and integrate with microservice APIs in Cloud Azure
To be successful in this role, you will also demonstrate the following:
- Experience working and implementing change in an agile environment (preferably a SAFe)
- All aspects of people leadership, including coaching & managing performance
- 3+ Years of designing, implementing and maintaining microservices and digital frontends using best practices in the languages we use within Tower
- Facilitated of technical discussions and presentation of solutions to different stakeholders both technical and non-technical
- Previously demonstrating embedding new technologies and ways of working in line with industry changes
