• Acting on large scale property developments.
• Managing compliance with the Retirement Villages Act and general regulatory compliance.
• Assisting with governance and company secretarial matters.
• Advising on NZX listing rule compliance.
• Assisting business partners with key projects and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Law degree and practising certificate.
• 2 to 5 years post admission experience gained at a top tier law firm or strong mid-tier.
• Prior corporate/commercial or property experience is preferred but not essential.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• A 'can do' attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Excellent analysis and interpretation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver work accurately and on time.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
