You'll be bringing together existing roles at RBNZ, building a high-performing team that helps us get the most out of our corporate, industry and international stakeholder relations programmes and enhances the work that RBNZ does for New Zealand.Ō pūkenga - About you To be successful in this role you'll have:

• A minimum of 10 years' proven experience in stakeholder relations and supporting senior leaders to engage effectively
• The ability to build relationships and work with teams across an organisation to develop and deliver an engagement strategy Strong leadership abilities with the capability to encourage co-operation, teamwork and the achievement of results through others
• Experience in the banking or financial sector is advantageous, but not essential. We are looking for someone that is motivated to build a great team culture as well as relationships across the organisation in order to deliver results.
