The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) is a Crown Entity whose mission is to mobilise New Zealanders to be world leaders in clean and clever energy use. In order to get there, our strategic objectives are:

• Energy efficiency first
• Empower energy users
• Accelerate renewable energy

The Manager - Market Partnerships is responsible for the delivery of energy related programmes via sector associations, regional stakeholders, and industry representative groups. The focus is to achieve EECA's outcomes cost effectively in a one-to-many delivery model. In addition, this role leads the Sector Decarbonisation, Regional Energy Transition Accelerator, and Industry Development programme initiatives, dealing with a range of strategic relationships.

He kōrero mōu | About you

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Extensive people leadership experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of the energy industry and demand and supply side dynamics
• A tertiary engineering, economics or commercial qualification and ability to understand complex energy systems
• Proven experience in partnership management
